Hairun officially launches the 5th-generation DGM1040A five-spindle CNC guideway grinder, marking industry-leading capability in three-surface simultaneous precision grinding for large guideways.
After two years of R&D investment, Hairun officially launches the 5th-generation DGM1040A guideway grinder. Building on the three-spindle foundation, it integrates a five-spindle module with Siemens 828D full closed-loop control, achieving three-surface simultaneous precision grinding for 4m-class guideways with parallelism ≤ 0.008 mm/4000 mm.

- Three-surface simultaneous grinding: two vertical spindles + one horizontal spindle finish the mounting face, both raceways, and side datum in a single clamping
- Siemens 828D, 7-axis full closed-loop: Fagor linear scales at 0.05 μm resolution, 0.002 mm repeatability
- Smart thermal management: three-stage filtration cooling, 300 L/min flow, heat-distortion control on 4m parts
- Batch consistency: groove-height variation ≤ 0.005 mm (constant-T shop), width tolerance ± 0.0015 mm over 10 parts
