A Taiwan-made high-frequency electric spindle drives the profile wheel, paired with a Syntec CNC and full closed-loop Fagor scales for high-precision, high-efficiency forming. Horizontal-spindle forming-plunge grinding: the wheel spindle is horizontal and the profile wheel directly traces the concave channel. The workpiece locates on the bottom and side datums, held by a magnetic chuck on the table; the table traverses longitudinally; the wheel feeds vertically.
